LUMEN is a publication design project celebrating the art of street photography through a clean, contemporary editorial experience. Inspired by the concept of light, the magazine showcases powerful visual stories, emerging photographers, and everyday moments captured from the streets of India.
The word lumen comes from Latin, meaning "light" a fundamental element in photography. Every photograph begins with light: how it falls, how it's captured, and how it transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary. The name Lumen reflects this essential truth and symbolizes the magazine's mission to illuminate unseen talent, unexplored stories, and untold perspectives.
